Gender in justice. Are we all equal before the law?

This article aims to demonstrate that despite all the normative advances that have come since the 80s, with women’s rights coming to occupy government agendas and driving a significant social transformation, we still face obstacles and difficulties in the access of women who are victims of gender violence to justice, and it is not uncommon to face prejudices and prejudices that prevent them from having full enjoyment of their rights at the same level as they are bequeaths to the man.
