Abstract

This article is the result of a happy meeting of two members of the judiciary of the State of Bahia, who have a common purpose, to prepare the New Time Justice that has, among many other challenges, ensuring effectiveness, speed and Productivity in the delivery of the jurisdictional service and, also, improve the people management and Innovation. It emerged from the observation of significant advances in performance indicators of the Salvador County Integrated Registry Offices, especially the 1st Integrated Civil Registry Office. With the implementation of integrated registry offices, in 2016, training was developed with an interdisciplinary methodology focused on mapping and skills development of the people who effectively integrate the structure, the routine management of the work process and the management of people to be defined as the strategy of the company. unity and one of its main tools for innovation, which was also perceived, especially by its magistrates and servants, as an important contribution in addressing the macro challenges of the judiciary, in particular by leveraging the improvement of people management. Innovation was the focus of the development of the methodology to be applied in the training of court staff and judges that would be integrated with the new work process management routine. Thinking about the implementation of the pillars of knowing how to learn, how to do (skill) and knowing how to do and live (1996, 2010 UNESCO) and also the pillars of the National School of Training and Improvement of Magistrates (ENFAM, 2016) the objective was to develop and improve people management skills, work process routine, communication, problem solving, self-management and teamwork. To reach the scope of the qualification process for developing emotional and social intelligence skills, four were the domains, namely, self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management, and in this set of ideas, were used as methodological tools: the PDA (Unification of Competencies); Lego Serious Play; and the Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) tools permeated the communication model to develop the manager’s ability to influence, manage people and form successful teams.
